How to Unlock

Target legendary fish like the Land Locked Lunker — they're typically easier to get alone without unnecessary bites from other fish, making it easier to target and release. Another option is to target a school of fish and choose between fishing/releasing until you get the achievement, or leave all but one fish of the school to attempt this on.
